Customers In Focus Award

The Customers In Focus AWARD is a completely new award from DAWfreak.se.
This award is meant to highlight companies that stand out from the crowd by always making sure that their customers feel they get what they paid for, not only through updates and fixes but by listening to the customers and always providing a good support, helpful tools and other features that shows they care for their customers.

The Verdict
PreSonus is known to deliver great hardware for the music industry, and their product range meets the budget for everyone from the small songwriter / musician to the big producer / engineer. But I feel PreSonus stands out most with their multi-award-winning Studio One 2. Since the launch of Studio One 2.0, PreSonus have striven to not only fix bugs but also to continually improve Studio One with a HUGE amount of FREE improvements.

Some of these improvements were suggested on the very friendly PreSonus user forums, which shows that PreSonus listens to the users and tries to give them what they ask for.

I am therefore happy to give PreSonus the first CIF award!
